Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a tour with IDT World Destination Tours, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from booking.
2. Booking Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit. A confirmation email will be sent, detailing your itinerary and payment status.
3. Payment Policy
Full payment is required at least 30 days prior to your tour departure. For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is due at the time of booking.
4. Changes to Itinerary
IDT World Destination Tours reserves the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances. We will inform you as soon as possible and will provide alternatives when applicable.
5. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost belongings.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation by Customer

Cancellations must be made in writing and sent via email.

Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus a processing fee of 10% of the total tour cost.

Cancellations made between 15 to 30 days before departure: 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
2. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation approval.
3. Cancellation by IDT World Destination Tours
If IDT World Destination Tours cancels a tour, a full refund will be issued. We will notify you as soon as possible and provide options for rescheduling or alternative tours.
